20/20 Leadership alumni represent program graduates returning to their home community or community of their choice, who want to reconnect with the program.  They mentor students participating in the 20/20 Leadership Program and provide volunteer service or pro-bono hours to organizations of their choice.  They can also serve on the Board of Directors or a board committee.  In addition, they participate in program days, sharing their experiences with current student leaders and representing their own businesses and organizations.
